Tybalt likes to call himself an eccentric person, others simply calling him weird for his actions and motivations. He is very hyper-active, always bouncing around with energy stored up inside him. He also doesn't know how to be embarrassed by such actions, willing to dress up like a nurse or dance in public if the situation calls for it. He is generally viewed as a happy go lucky type of person, too dumb to know how to be upset. He generally acts clueless to the world around him, often asking questions that should be obvious.

He has several quirks which often show up in public, mainly in embarrassing ways. He often recites lines he heard on TV or other movies as a catch phrase or a pick up line. He also will start moving around at the smallest beats of music. He proclaims a love for Ghost type Pokemon, often calling people he hates calling them Dark. His dream is to be known as the Police member who brought down the Underground Pokemon League. To this end he will stop at nothing to achieve it. He is also very emotional, easily falling in love at first sight as well as growing angry at a person for no apparent reason.

What is odd is that Tybalt is somewhat intelligent, able to figure out problems and strategies in a heartbeat. Unfortunately he lacks common social sense, such as inappropriate touching or when not to say something. This is partially due to his upbringing, but mainly due to the fact that he is an idiot. Oddly enough, he is strangely empathetic, knowing how a person feels at one point or another. This brings out a softer side of Tybalt he doesn't generally show, which is that he's a golden heart when it comes to humans and Pokemon.

This is a huge contradiction to his nihilistic way of viewing the world around him, that it's without meaning and that nothing is bad or right. He tries his hardest to make those around him happy, simply because he doesn't believe there is meaning to the world at all and that we just exist. His actions are meant to justify his own course in the world, which is somewhat dark. Tybalt is capable of shutting down his emotions at a whim, able to make cold and dark choices. He is capable of being harsh to even his closest friends if they don't live in a realistic way.

Tybalt has a no nonsense attitude when it comes to those who battle. He thinks of trainers as being reckless kids who would cause harm to Pokemon by battling. As such, it's his duty to take away all Pokemon from such irresponsible people. His goal is to bring peace to Unova, viewing battles as too chaotic. This is practically the only time he gets serious, when bringing in those he calls 'rouges' to justice. Tybalt believes those who use Pokemon for training and battling have no sense of respect for the Pokemon themselves, and as such he does not respect them. In his own words, "Even the best Pokemon Trainers are just ruffians."

LIKES:
Tybalt is a very eccentric person, liking various amounts of odd things. He has a great love for music, constantly having a pair of headphones in his ears and playing music. He unfortunately blasts this very loudly so most of his partners can't even hear him most of the time. He falls in love very easily, often declaring that he found his soul mate when seeing somebody cute. Tybalt tends to say nonsense lines he heard on TV, showing that he is an avid watcher of such shows. He likes to use them when apprehending rebels. He enjoys candy and ice cream, sometimes stopping his Herdier from tracking to buy some.

DISLIKES:
Tybalt hates Pokemon Trainers with a passion, calling them idiots who are making the world even worse than it already is. Although he doesn't believe that they are morally wrong, he believes that they should logically see that they are only hurting the Pokemon around them. When he makes an arrest he will do a simple little dance in the Trainer's face. Tybalt cannot stand corrupted Police Officers, calling them hypocrites and arresting them at the first sign of treachery. He hates being rejected, often comically crying although he is genuinely hurt by such actions. Tybalt hates seafood, often pushing it away saying that it stinks. Tybalt hates wearing his glasses, avoiding it at all costs although he cannot see very far when doing so. Tybalt will never willingly battle with another person using his Pokemon, only using their abilities to help him capture and track down Pokemon Trainers.

HOBBIES:
Tybalt is actually a splendid writer, often writing poetry when alone and not on the job. He likes to act, often saying that he'll one day become a world famous actor. Tybalt likes to take pictures, often capturing "rare" moments of strangers with his gear.

AMBITIONS:
Tybalt dreams of becoming the Chief of Police for Unova, claiming that he's the only one who could quell such rebellions. He also dreams of getting a book on Pokemon & People relations published, mainly due to the fame and publicity that'll follow.

FEARS:
Tybalt is terrified of ocean and lakes, not being able to swim an inch, although he keeps this a secret from his peers. Tybalt suffers from Atychiphobia, otherwise known as the fear of failing. This stems from the fact that he strongly believes in his line of duty and hates those that battle.
